Yea! Trying to get myself back on the Weight Watchers wagon.....down 1.6lbs this week! I've been doing pretty good all week long too! =))
Trying to get my exercise in. It was much easier when I had my gym membership and went right from the bus stop in the morning. I stopped my membership for the summer because I know I wouldn't use it with the kids home. I just have to make myself work out in the morning...but it's so easy to go to the computer or do something else! (yes, right after I type this post, I'm going to work out. Honest!)
But the big news is that I'm doing a 5K walk this Saturday. My first one ever!!! Did you know 5K=3.1 miles? I didn't! 5K sounds so much scarier and longer! I can do 3.1 miles....especially since I'm walking with friends. Walking + Talking = Time going by fast
Have you done a 5K before? Any tips for me??
