I'm so behind with all the kids scrapbooks! I need to carve out some time to work on them. I'm sure if I had my table in my office/craft room cleared off, I might have a better chance of doing something! I can't remember the last time I did any pages.
I thought if I did the pages digitally on my computer, I'd whip them out in no time and get the books caught up.
Wrong.
I think doing the pages digitally is harder. I think I prefer the good ol paper/scissors/glue method. But I have lots of digital kits now so I need to use them. At least on a few pages.
What about you? Are you behind or all caught up? Do you scrap whenever you get the urge or do you have a set day/time to do it? Please tell me I'm not alone!?!?!?

The Rev. seems to think that my blog is my new scrapbook. He is wrong.
I scrap when and where I feel like ti, which is not often enough. I scarp totally out of order. I break all of the rules...BUT I still love doing it...so I guess I win then!
I am perpetually behind on the kids' scrapbooks. I'm talking a couple years behind. I also have a family one that is only about six months behind. I figure I will never be caught up because carving out scrapping time is so hard. The thought of having another child's scrapbook to keep up with is what keeps us from having another child too. ;) I usually get together with my sister on Friday nights to scrap but life often gets in the way. We also scrap all day once a month from Sept to May with a group at the white church in the center of town. I will probably still be working on toddler pages when my toddlers are in college so you are far from alone. :)
Explain this "caught up" idea. What does that mean?

i am way, way, way behind, and I have a wardrobe closet FULL of scrapbooking supplies. Most of them are getting outdated because I have not used them and haven't scrapbooked in over 3 years!
I am getting more into digital scrapbooking. And with the huge variety and low price of pre-made digital layouts, it will be sooo quick to get a layout done digitally rather than traditionally. Plus, there are sooooo many freebies out there for digital scrapbooking (from papers & elements to complete quick page layouts done for you) you don't even have to invest anything if you don't want to ;-).
But alas, even too busy for digital scrapbooking right now :-( Maybe someday when the kiddo's are in school full time I will have some spare time.
