I've been going the gym for over 2 months now. I've only lost 7lbs. Not that 7lbs isn't a lot but I just thought I'd be down more with all my working out and doing Weight Watchers. The good news is that I am down at least a size and have lost inches. But I want to see it on the scale...is that too much to ask? It's really sorta frustrating!
I'm convinced it's not coming off as fast because of my thyroid issues. I'm hypothyroid. I am on medicine but I still think that it's making it harder for me to lose weight. At least that's my story for now....
Anyone else hypothryroid? Any tips you've found to help with weight issues?

I don't have thyroid problems, but I understand your frustration. I've been working out for the pass few months too, and I've only lost 5 lbs.
I'm shooting for a 30lbs lost, it will take me forever at this rate.
I had to take synthroid for a while and then all the sudden, I didn't have to anymore. Go figure.
That is frustrating! 7 pounds is pretty darn good though!
Congrats on the 7 lbs!
I have hypothyroidism too. I have been on medication for just about 10 years. I never had a problem with weight until just recently. I'd love to blame the hypothyroidism but I think it may just be my advancing years. That coupled with my inability to just say to sweets, salt and everything in between. ;)
